Tough RFID tags are especially good for equipment asset tracking. A major advantage of these tags is that they don't require line-of-sight access, plus multiple tags can be read simultaneously. This makes it easy to check each asset against a location and record its current status.

Our tags can also be made to ATEX and IECEx standards, ensuring that they're intrinsically safe for potentially explosive environments.

In some scenarios, QR codes are more suitable for asset tracking as they are cheaper, easier to implement, and more versatile. They don’t require specialist readers to use and can be printed on a variety of surfaces. QR codes can also often store more information than RFID tags.
