Locked Open/Locked Closed Tags are clear visual markers which indicate the status of the valve, reducing the risk of incidents and danger to workforce working up or downstream. Whilst versions of these Tags are stocked for quick turnaround, they are equally available with fully customised designs to suit your requirements. The material colours and messages printed are deliberately simple and consistent across all variations of design, as these Tags carry crucial safety messages, and must be easy to read.

Safety comes first in the workforce; all of these Critical Safety Tags are manufactured from Prism polypropylene to ensure maximum resistance to UV colour fade, even in extreme environments. Many operators create customised designs, often including VARiTAG sequential numbering, which helps maintain traceability. These Tags are frequently used in conjunction with our wire-locks or colour-coded cable ties.
